These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Playtime VIP ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the website at playtimevip.app, the mobile application, and all related services.

By creating an account, logging in, or placing a bet or game wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. To register and use Playtime VIP, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the Platform.
• You are not currently on a self-exclusion list.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are true. The Platform reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. Accounts that cannot meet these requirements will be closed and any pending transactions may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your username and password are personal and must not be shared with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

• Keep your registered mobile number current – it is used for OTP verification on sensitive account actions.
• Notify the Platform immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure your registered name, identification details, and payment information are accurate and up to date.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account, including for the purpose of placing bets or withdrawals.

The Platform uses SSL encryption, OTP verification, and KYC identity checks to protect your account. You are expected to complement these measures with sensible personal security practices, including using a strong and unique password.

All financial transactions on Playtime VIP are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfer and Philippine e-wallets. The Platform does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for gaming deposits or wagering.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts may be refused and returned to the source.
• The minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to your account are displayed on the deposit page.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits where possible. The name on your withdrawal destination account must match the name on your Playtime VIP account. The Platform will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• A valid, verified identity is required before large withdrawals are processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary based on the payment method and your VIP tier.
• Higher VIP tiers receive priority processing and access to higher withdrawal limits.
• The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal.
• Winnings derived from fraudulent activity, system errors, or Terms violations will not be paid.

All games and betting markets on Playtime VIP – including live casino, sports betting, slots, eBingo, and poker – are governed by specific game rules displayed within each product. These Terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules.

• All bets and game outcomes are final once a round or event has concluded, subject to the settlement rules of that product.
• The Platform reserves the right to void bets placed due to manifest errors in odds or game settings.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the Platform will apply the relevant disconnection policy for that product.
• The Platform does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Playtime VIP. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports bet settlements.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system glitches for financial gain.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering more than one account.
• Accessing the Platform through VPN or proxy services in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions.

By registering and using Playtime VIP, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy. This includes your name, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity data.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including – but not limited to – cases involving:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false or unverifiable identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Requests for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming program will be processed with priority. Pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Playtime VIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from gaming outcomes, technical interruptions, or unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain account security.

The Platform provides services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of certain features. The Platform will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in such cases.

Playtime VIP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through in-platform notifications or account email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure.
